February 19: Special Non-Working Holiday

February 19, 2015, Thursday, in celebration of Chinese New Year is a special non-working day as declared by virtue of Proclamation No. 831, s. 2014, unless otherwise specified. February 25, 2015 also is a special holiday, another daytion (day vacation) for government employees to commemorate EDSA Revolution Anniversary.
